A homeowner in Austin, MN, noticed their driveway was becoming a safety hazard. Wanting to solve the issue before it worsened, the homeowner began looking into concrete repair options throughout Minnesota. During their investigation, the homeowner came across our website. Impressed with our high-quality products, the homeowner knew we were the best option for them. Since they were already on the website, the homeowner signed up for a FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Mitch, one of our Design Specialists. Mitch arrived at the home and greeted the homeowners. The homeowner directed Mitch to the problem areas, and he began his detailed estimate. Once he wrapped up the estimate, Mitch determined that the driveway needed to be lifted, and the joints needed replacing. Once he found the problem areas, he was able to draft up a solution for the homeowners. After hearing Mitch’s pitch, the homeowner agreed with his suggestions. After they received the stamp of approval, Mitch sent the plans back to the office for approval and they were directed to our Foreman, Troy. Troy and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, Troy and his crew inserted PolyLevel underneath the affected concrete. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew replaced the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to help our customers solve their concrete issues.
A homeowner from Austin, MN, was growing more and more displeased with his driveway. He had noticed areas of significant cracking and sinkage, creating nasty trip hazards and problems in the snowy months. Wanting to get his issue fixed, he decided to call American Waterworks and set up his FREE estimate into the issue. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Brady, headed out to the home to see what we could do. Once he completed his walkthrough he informed the homeowner of his plan. He wanted to use our PolyLevel lifting solution, a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below slabs, to address the issue. He went on to say that when the lift is complete, our team will seal the joints and cracks with our NexusPro, a silicone-based joint sealant meant to prevent anything from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed to the proposal and the work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Dylan, and his team did quick, yet meticulous, work on the day of the installation. When the project was complete our customer was thrilled to know they no longer had to worry about uneven concrete!

An Austin, MN, homeowner was beginning the initial process of getting his home ready to sell. However, he knew he had a few things to fix up before he could get the most value for his home. One major project was the uneven concrete patio that sat just beyond his back door. He knew that the sinking, uneven concrete was an eyesore and the cause of numerous trip hazards. He decided to look for an MN concrete repair company. When he found our website he decided to sign up for one of our FREE estimates, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Brad W, was heading out to the home.
Brad conducted a thorough inspection of the home and sunken area of concrete. When he concluded his estimate, he informed the homeowner we could assist in restoring the concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. He explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill the voids left over by soil erosion and, in the process, slowly lifts the sunken concrete back into place. Brad then went on to say that, once the concrete had been lifted, he recommended the use of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the sunken concrete and works to protect the vulnerable soil below, as it was specially designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of Brad's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the project, one of our concrete teams, led by our Foreman, Dylon V, were able to lift, level, and seal the concrete in no time. Now our customer can prepare his home for the market!

A homeowner from Kasson, MN, got in touch with us because her concrete driveway was showing signs of sinking, slowly creating trip hazards across the surface. She decided to begin the search for a company that could restore the driveway and eventually found the American Waterworks website. She decided to sign up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Aidan H, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Aidan finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Aidan explained that American Waterworks could address the sinking driveway with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lift concrete slabs back into place. Aidan went on to say that once the driveway is lifted, our team would go in with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete that was lifted. It works to prevent any unwanted elements from penetrating the slab, protecting the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of the solution and scheduled the work to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dylon M, headed out to the home. He and his team were able to complete the lift and seal without complications, and now our customer can enjoy her driveway knowing all trip hazards have been dealt with!
