A homeowner from Kasson, MN, got in touch with us because her concrete driveway was showing signs of sinking, slowly creating trip hazards across the surface. She decided to begin the search for a company that could restore the driveway and eventually found the American Waterworks website. She decided to sign up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Aidan H, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Aidan finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Aidan explained that American Waterworks could address the sinking driveway with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lift concrete slabs back into place. Aidan went on to say that once the driveway is lifted, our team would go in with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete that was lifted. It works to prevent any unwanted elements from penetrating the slab, protecting the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of the solution and scheduled the work to be completed a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dylon M, headed out to the home. He and his team were able to complete the lift and seal without complications, and now our customer can enjoy her driveway knowing all trip hazards have been dealt with!

Patricia H. in Waltham, MN was tired of dealing with her sunken, uneven driveway and walkway around her home. She contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate, and we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, to evaluate the situation and propose a unique concrete repair solution. Patricia was impressed with our 3 part Concrete Protection System and Kevin’s presentation, so she moved forward with the project.
Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete to inject a polymer foam called PolyLevel. Once the foam is injected into the concrete, the foam expands and raises it. They injected the foam into multiple spots throughout the driveway and sidewalk until the concrete was raised and level to its original position. Then, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. Lastly, they used our SealantPro to seal the concrete, restoring quality and protecting against UV, weather, oil and water damage for 3 to 5 times longer than other concrete sealants. Patricia was pleased with the results and is looking forward to enjoying her newly restored concrete for years to come!
A happy customer from Pine Island, MN was so thrilled with the results of her first PolyLEVEL project, she is having us return at the end of Septemeber for another project. In her first project, American Waterworks was challenged with closing a 3 inch void between the sidewalk and the concrete porch near the entrance of her home. Within two hours, our Team had leveled the concrete slab using our trusted polymer foam injection services preventing any further settlement for years to come.
David T. of Knapp, WI had a gap between his porch step and his house, and he wanted the concrete repaired rather than replaced. He came across our website online and browsed through our concrete repair products. He called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Pedro Guevara. Pedro went to his home, inspected the concrete, and came up with a solution of our PolyLevel polyurethane foam. David got all of his questions answered and was confident with the solution, so they went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Sam Klennert, and his crew member injected 349 pounds of our PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and to raise and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is noninvasive, it cures quick so it can be used within 15 minutes after the foam is injected, and it is waterproof. David was happy with the project and loves the new view of his porch!
A homeowner in Knapp, WI, saw the cracks throughout their driveway were beginning to split their concrete. Worried about the long-term damages, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. The homeowner looked at several concrete repair companies, but only one stuck out, American Waterworks. Although we are known for our basement waterproofing and foundation repair, we also offer lifting and leveling services. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialist, Canon. Canon traveled to the home and began his detailed inspection of the concrete. During his inspection, Canon found that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Canon recommended lifting the driveway with our PolyLevel solution. The homeowner wanted a long-term solution, so they agreed with Canon's recommendations. Once they were approved by the homeowner, the plans were passed along to our Foreman, Troy, and his crew. Troy and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. After they arrived, Troy and his crew began by lifting the driveway with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam solution. The crew successfully lifted the driveway, so they shifted their focus to filling several cracks throughout the driveway. To fill these cracks, the crew utilized NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. After the cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the fantastic work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to resolve their customer's concrete concerns.
