Crack Filled Sidewalk Repaired in Forest Lake, MN

A homeowner in Forest Lake, MN, knew it was time to have their many sidewalk cracks filled and repaired. Wanting to avoid replacing the entire sidewalk, the homeowners wanted to look for concrete repair options. The homeowner took to social media and asked their friends' advice on the route they should take. After getting an overwhelming response, the homeowner decided to check out our Facebook page. The homeowners were extremely impressed with our previous jobs, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate.  After the details were settled, the homeowners prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists. After they arrived, the Design Specialist began inspecting the sidewalk to find the source of the issue. Once the detailed inspection was completed, the Design Specialist determined that the sidewalk was sinking and weakening. To combat these issues, the Design Specialist suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled. The homeowners agreed with the Design Specialist's suggestions and production preparations commenced. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the task, so they traveled to the home. As soon as they arrived, the crew began unloading all their products and prepping the concrete for the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that lifts and levels sinking concrete. After the concrete was lifted and leveled, the crew turned their attention to filling the several cracks throughout the sidewalk. To fill these cracks, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant used to fill cracks and joints. Soon after the cracks and joints were filled, the crew was able to clean up their job site and leave the home. The homeowners were impressed with the crew's excellent and efficient work. American Waterworks is glad to assist another customer.

Cracked Garage Apron Repaired with NexusPro in Madison Lake, MN

A homeowner in Madison Lake, MN noticed that his driveway and walkway were facing multiple concrete issues so he decided to look into concrete lifting in the area. He saw one of our yard signs around the neighborhood and decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate.

In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Ryan P., arrived at the home to conduct a thorough inspection of both the driveway and walkway. During his inspection, he noticed that there were multiple cracks along the walkway as well as the garage apron, where the garage and driveway meet. Ryan then created a solution for the homeowner and recommended our PolyLevel to lift the concrete slabs along the walkway and top of the driveway, and NexusPro to seal the joints and repair the cracks. After reviewing Ryan's proposal, the homeowner happily agreed to his recommendations and decided to move forward with the project. Ryan's design was then sent to our Foreman, Patrick B.

In about a month, Patrick and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began lifting the concrete slabs along the walkway and top driveway by first drilling small holes in the slabs. The injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, filling in empty spaces in the soil. Once the slabs have been lifted, the crew ensures it is level before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro to repair the cracks along the walkway and the garage apron as well as sealing the joint. Once they were done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Now, our customer can have peace of mind with his walkway and driveway smooth and crack-free! Have you noticed concrete damage on your property? Click HERE and schedule your FREE estimate today!

Front Walkway Gets Restored in Minneapolis, MN

A homeowner from Minneapolis, MN, was dealing with a deteriorating front walkway. Over time, the concrete had been sinking, creating numerous trip hazards. More so, the sinking concrete had allowed for the slabs to be taken over by grass and weeds. Not wanting the issue to get worse, the homeowner decided to begin the search for a company that could help fix the problem. During his search, he found the American Waterworks website and signed up for his FREE estimates. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Nick S, headed to the home to assess the situation.

Once Nick completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. Nick informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could address the sinking slab with the help of our PolyLevel method. He elaborated, saying that our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into its desired location. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team completed the lift with no complications. Now our customers can rest easy knowing trip hazards have been eliminated and safety restored.
