Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Stacy, MN, contacted us when he noticed that the concrete walkway in front of his home was sinking more as the year passed. The homeowner set up his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Daniel, headed out to the home. 

After Daniel completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to discuss his findings. He reassured the homeowner that the problem wasn't severe but that uneven concrete could create dangerous trip hazards and even affect the resale of the home in the future. Daniel went on to say that fixing the issue was simple. Daniel wanted to use our  PolyLevel solution to fix the slab. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected below slabs. Daniel finished by saying that once the lifting was complete, our team would install our NexusPro along all the cracks and joints in the slab to protect the foam beneath from the elements. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam, got right to work, and once the job had been completed, our customer was thrilled to know he no longer had to worry about sinking concrete!
