Scott R's concrete slab in front of his front door was sinking, causing a gap between his porch and concrete. He got in contact with American Waterworks and got a FREE Estimate scheduled with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to Scott's home to examine the concrete and determine a solution. Our Design Specialist proposed our PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete surface. Scott was comfortable with the product and its features, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman and his crew member started the project by drilling small holes throughout the concrete pad. Inside each hole, our team injected our PolyLevel. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that fills the open voids underneath the concrete and stabilizes the surface. Also, it is non-invasive and cures within 15 minutes after injection. The work was finished in one day, and Scott had a great experience!

A Mankato, MN, homeowner got in touch with us after she took a tumble over a piece of uneven concrete. She didn't want anyone else to get hurt, so she signed up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Once our Design Specialist finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. He explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and to slowly return the concrete slabs to their original resting place. Our Design Specialist went on to say that once our team had finished the lift, they would install our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to protect the soil below from unwanted moisture. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now our customers can have guests over without worrying they'll take a tumble!
