A Mankato, MN, homeowner got in touch with us after she took a tumble over a piece of uneven concrete. She didn't want anyone else to get hurt, so she signed up for one of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Once our Design Specialist finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. He explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and to slowly return the concrete slabs to their original resting place. Our Design Specialist went on to say that once our team had finished the lift, they would install our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to protect the soil below from unwanted moisture. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, and his team completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now our customers can have guests over without worrying they'll take a tumble!

A homeowner in Mankato, MN, was concerned that his sunken walkway and driveway would lower the resale value of his home. He looked for concrete lifting services in the area and found our website. Impressed with our before-and-after photos, he contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate.
Our Design Specialist, Tony B., arrived at the home on the scheduled date to asses the walkway and driveway. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common reasons for concrete sinking is soil compaction and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity exceeds, it causes the soil beneath the concrete slab to expand and contract. As this continues, the slab will sink, eventually leading to cracks in one or more parts of the slab. To fix this issue, Tony recommended our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. The homeowner was grateful for Tony's explanation and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Sam K., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the slab and placing the injection ports. Once those were installed, they injected PolyLevel beneath the slab, lifting it. Once this was lifted, the crew ensured it was leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew seals the cracks and joints using NexusPro. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A homeowner in Mankato, MN, was concerned for her sunken walkway as it was a tripping hazard for her and her family. Instead of continuously putting it off, she decided that it was time to resolve the issue and contacted us to schedule her FREE estimate. We had previously helped the homeowner with foundation repair, and she was confident in our crew's ability to perform the job correctly.
Our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home on the scheduled date to assess the walkway. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common reasons for uneven concrete is soil washout. When it rains or floods, the water moves through the ground and washes the supporting soils away. Over time, this causes holes and gaps beneath the concrete slab. For this reason, Romeo recommended our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the joints and repair cracks. The homeowner happily agreed to Romeo's recommendation and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began lifting the concrete by first drilling small holes into the slab. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures that it is level before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro, our high-durability silicone-based sealant, on the joints and to repair cracks. After the crew was done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
