A homeowner in Victoria, MN, did not like the look of cracks growing throughout their driveway. Knowing it is best to have a professional complete the task, the homeowner sought professional assistance. During their search, the homeowner came across our work on social media and was impressed. The homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for a FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Jack, to the home to investigate the status of the driveway. After surveying the driveway, Jack provided a quick and cost-effective solution for the homeowners. Once they heard Jack's suggestions, the homeowners agreed and the plans were sent to the crew. Our Foreman, Troy, and his crew arrived at the home and began concrete leveling. The crew first focused on repairing the cracks throughout the driveway. To fill these cracks, the crew utilized NexusPro Crack Repair. Once all the cracks were filled, the crew shifted their focus to the joint near the garage. The crew took over all the old joints and replaced them with the Nexus Pro Joint Sealant. Finally, the crew cleaned their site and moved on to their next job. The homeowner was pleased with the job completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to complete another job with a satisfied customer.
A customer from Maple Grove, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that their front walkway was showing signs of sinkage. They were afraid that if they left the problem alone they would run the risk of creating even more drastic tripping hazards which could result in injury. When they called in we set them up with our FREE estimate. Once the appointment was booked, our Design Specialist, Brian R, headed out to the property. Once Brian completed his walkthrough he informed the homeowner that the reason they were experiencing the sinkage was because of the soil underneath the concrete slabs. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injection to fix the issue. He explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that expands once it's injected beneath the concrete through small holes on the surface. Our customer agreed with this plan of action and work began once the weather warmed up.
Our PolyLevel Production crew, led by our Foreman, Sam, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem concrete. Next, they slowly injected the PolyLevel into the holes, monitoring the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its former state. They finished the process by sealing all remaining joints and cracks with our NexusPro to ensure that no unwanted water would get beneath the slab in the future.
Once the job was complete our homeowner was happy to know that they didn't have to worry about any tripping hazards in the future!
Greg G. from Maple Grove, MN noticed that the concrete slab by the steps leading to the door of his home started to settle, causing a major tripping hazard. Greg was not satisfied with the way his pathway was looking and wanted to prevent it from being further damaged. Greg then contacted the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim his FREE estimate. This entitled Greg to a full home inspection by one of our Design Specialists. Once an Appointment was set our Design Specialist began to conduct a thorough inspection of the issue to create a proposal that best solves the issue Greg is experiencing. Our Design Specialist proposed to Greg that the best solution was to invest in our PolyLevel Solution along with our NexusPro Solution. Our PolyLevel Solution is a polyurethane foam that is injected through the concrete to fill the voids that were left under the concrete slab due to soil erosion. The Polyurethane foam then expands and hardens supporting the problem slab. Once this step is completed then we apply our NexusPro solution to the cracks and joints, which is a silicone-based solution that has a UV protectant and is able to expand and compress through the different seasons along with the concrete slab. This provides maximum protection to the Polylevel and prevents it from being damaged by water and water vapor. Greg loved the proposal and proceeded to schedule a date of installation.
Our Foreman and his Production team then arrived at the property and began the installation process by strategically drilling holes into the problem slab and then injecting the PolyLevel Solution. Once leveled the team then proceeds to seal the cracks and joints by applying the NexusPro solution. Greg was satisfied with the project and is enjoying his nice and leveled pathway.

A homeowner from Osseo, MN, was growing frustrated with a piece of concrete leading up to an accessibility ramp that leads to an entrance to the house. Worried about wheelchair accessibility, the homeowner decided to look for companies that could fix the issue. When he came across one of our ads in a newspaper, he decided to give us a call and claim his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done.
Once Kyle finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that his issue could be fixed with our PolyLevel lifting solution. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowing lifting the slab back to its desired position. Kyle finished by saying that we finished our lifting process by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed to the proposed work and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team made quick work of the installation. Now that the job is complete, our customers are thrilled to have full accessibility for wheelchairs!
