A church employee was growing concerned over a piece of sunken concrete in a walkway many congregants frequented. Not wanting anyone to take a tumble, he decided to begin the search for a company that could fix the issue for his congregation. During his search, he found the American Waterworks website. He decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dave S, headed out to the property to see what we could do.
Once Dave finished his inspection, he was ready to give his recommendations. Dave explained that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel method. Our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. The church employee agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Sam K, was able to complete the lift, successfully lifting the slab back to its original position and eliminating trip hazards. Now, our customer is thrilled to know his congregants no longer face trip hazards!

A homeowner from Maple Grove, MN, was bringing groceries into her home one day when she took a nasty fall. When she inspected what had caused her fall, she was surprised to find out that the culprit was her front walkway. It had sunken away from the front concrete stoop, creating a nasty trip hazard. The homeowner knew she couldn't leave the issue alone, so she began to look for concrete repair near Minneapolis, MN. When she came across one of our printed ads in a local shopper, she called to schedule her FREE estimate. Several weeks later, Kyle P, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Kyle got right to work assessing the sunken concrete, and when he finished, he was ready to make his recommendation. Kyle informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking with the help of our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands as it is injected underneath sunken concrete. As the foam expands, it fills voids left by soil erosion and lifts the sunken concrete back to its desired location. Kyle went on to say that he was recommending our NexusPro silicone-based joint sealant to safeguard the lift. He explained that NexusPro gets installed directly to the cracks and joints of the newly lifted concrete, and works to prevent unwanted moisture from getting below the concrete, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner liked the sound of Kyle's plan and scheduled the work for some time later.
On the day of the project, Dylon M, one of our Foremen, led his team through the lift, level, and sealing of the concrete. Now, our customer can walk up to her home in confidence, knowing that her concrete is as level as can be!
A homeowner from Maple Grove, MN, had been aware of her front concrete walkway slowly settling over the years. She feared that if she let the problem worsen, it might be more costly to fix down the road. She had no idea who to turn to for concrete repairs near Maple Grove, MN. She hopped on the internet and eventually found our website. She was impressed with our past work in the area, so she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Gary, headed out to the home.
Gary inspected the concrete, and when he finished his inspection, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to it's desired location. Gary went on to say that he recommended sealing off the concrete with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and acts as a barrier to keep unwanted moisture out. The homeowner agreed with Gary's recommendations and scheduled the job on the spot.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Dylon V, headed out to the home and was able to complete the lift and seal with no complications. Now, our customer can put her worries about her concrete behind her!
