A homeowner in Brooklyn Center, MN, had taken one tumble too many over uneven concrete on the walkway in front of her home. Wanting to avoid any more accidents, the homeowner decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist headed out to the home.
Once the inspection was complete, our Design Specialist informed the homeowner that her concrete could be a simple fix. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete, filling voids caused by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired position. He went on to say that our process is finished by installing our NexusPro along cracks and joints of the concrete to ensure that no unwanted water or debris penetrates the slab, compromising the slab. The homeowner agreed, and work began a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dylon, made quick work of the installation. Now our customer can use their front walkway without worries of tripping!
A customer from Minneapolis got in contact with us when he began to notice that his front steps were beginning to sink. He knew that if he left it alone, the issue would continue to worsen, creating a tripping hazard and becoming more costly to fix down the road. When he called in, he claimed his FREE estimate and our Design Specialist headed out to the property. Once there, he completed a thorough inspection into the issue and then made his recommendations as to how we could help. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injected, followed by sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. He explained that the PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that has a quick curing time and is much less invasive than alternative methods. He went on to say that the NexusPro works to seal all cracks and joints to prevent any further water from getting under the slab. The customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our PolyLevel production team, led by Dylon, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the problem slab. Next, they inserted the PolyLevel and closely monitored the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to its previous state. Once done, the customer was happy to know her tripping hazard had been eliminated!
A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, disliked the look of their sinking, uneven concrete walkway. Hoping to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner began looking into "concrete repair near me". At the top of the recommendations stood American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Speicalist, Gary. The following week, Gary promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During his inspection, Gary confirmed the concrete was sinking due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Gary recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk back into place. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Gary to find the best installation date. When the installation date was selected, our Foreman, Bryce, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. First, Bryce and his crew began by installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, Bryce and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customers' sinking walkways and sidewalks.
A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, was growing frustrated with a sidewalk connecting her front and backyard. You see, sinking concrete on the sidewalk was making it hard for her to lug wheeled objects from the front to the back, or vice versa. She decided to search for a company that could help with the issue. Once she found our website, she decided to call us, and set up her FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Adam V, headed out to the home.
Once Adam completed his inspection, he informed the homeowner that while the sinking concrete was very frustrating, American Waterworks could offer a solution in our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back to its desired position. He finished by explaining that we finish concrete lifting projects by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all joints and cracks in the concrete to prevent any unwanted elements from getting below the concrete. The homeowner liked the sound of Adams's plan and decided to schedule the work for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Troy, and his team made quick work of the installation. Now our customer can easily navigate their smooth sidewalk!
