Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

 After receiving the news that their test came back at 8.4 pCi/L, the Shepards decided it was best to encapsulate their crawlspace with a vapor barrier known as CleanSpace.

The CleanSpace barrier will block most of the movement of radon from the soil into the crawlspace and our radon mitigation system will reduce any of the remaining presence of the gas that is entering through cracks in the foundation, plumbing, etc.

Our Logistics team built and scheduled the project, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew. Kiko and his crew traveled to the home and started the installation. First, Kiko and his crew cleared the debris and made sure the space was clear. Next, Kiko and his crew shifted their focus to installing the Drianage Matting on the crawl space floor. Once the Drainage matting was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the crawl space floors and walls. Additionally, the crew attached Foamax to the crawl space walls. After all the products were secured, Kiko and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
