Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Ginger L. of Rochester, MN had cracks in their foundation wall, and they wanted to get them fixed before it got any worse. Mac went to Ginger's home, carefully inspected their wall, and proposed our wall anchor system. Ginger got all of their questions answered, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Raul A, and his crew installed nine of our wall anchors and their hide-a-way covers. Our covers provide a nice, finishing touch to the installation and it still allows for periodic tightening of the system. This system is made to stabilize and straighten cracked and bowing foundation walls. Since they are such a versatile system, they are able to solve several foundation problems. A Rochester, MN, homeowner was down in his basement doing laundry one evening when he noticed a large crack running the length of the basement. These anchos counteract the pressure being put on the wall by anchoring it to the undisturbed, hard-packed soil beyond the foundation of the home. The homeowner was thrilled with Ross's explanation and solution, and signed on the spot. 

A month or so later, our team was on their way to install the anchors. Our Foreman, Jesus C, and his team effortlessly installed 9 of our GeoLock anchors in the basement of the home. Now, our homeowner can confidently continue their everyday lives, knowing that their foundation is stable.

The CarbonArmor system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber straps to strengthen and stabilize the foundation walls. The CarbonArmor reinforcement becomes part of the wall structure and can be hidden with a coat of paint. Donald’s foundation has been stabilized, and his peace of mind restored!
