Brian T. of New Auburn, WI was having issues in his crawl space, causing him to worry about the value of his home. He saw one of our commercials on television, so he got in contact with our office line and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chuck Haldeman. Chuck went to Brian's home, carefully inspected his crawl space, and drew up a solution that would fulfill Brian's wants and needs as a homeowner. Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his crew started the installation by installing our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier, which prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through. Along with protection from mold and rot, a dry crawl space is inhospitable to termites, cockroaches, and other pests that need excess moisture to survive. Robert H. of Menomonie, WI had cracked a cracked foundation wall in his basement, making him worry about the structural build of his home. Our office staff got in contact with him and set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Tim Schneider. Tim went to his home, examined the wall, and drew out a design and plan of our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by digging small holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor. Our wall anchor system is made to stabilize foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation and pulling them back to their original position. To complete the project, our crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Juan and his crew made sure Robert was happy with the repairs and answered all of his questions! 

Nick E. of Menomonie, WI had cracked and bowing foundation walls, causing him to worry about the stability of his home. Shannon G. in Oronoco, MN had a large crack in the foundation wall on the back of his garage. He knew that he would be taking a large risk if he chose to wait to repair his foundation, because it could fail at any time, and become a much larger expense. He started researching foundation repair companies when he saw an advertisement for American Waterworks. He decided to call us for a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to his home to inspect his foundation problem and find a solution. Rick talked him through his options and he developed a plan that was the most beneficial for him. After meeting with Rick and getting his questions and concerns addressed, Shannon felt that we were the best fit for him, so he scheduled a date for the installation.

Our crew installed 4 wall anchors from the outside of his garage into the soil underneath the concrete in the garage. They drilled long rods through the brick until they hit supportive soil. They removed the concrete in the garage where they would need to put on the plates for the anchors. They installed the plates on either end of the rod and tightened the anchors. Lastly, they replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. The anchors secure and stabilize the wall. They continue to straighten the walls and can be tightened over time as the wall gradually moves back into place.
