Shirley of Kasson, MN noticed that there was a crack on the exterior side of her foundation wall that was caused by the bowing of the wall. Once an appointment was scheduled and set our Design Specialist headed out to Shirley's property and began a thorough home inspection to get a proper diagnosis of the home and provide the best solution that would prevent any other issues from arising. He proposed to Shirley that the best solution would be to invest in our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Our Anchor System is made to stabilize the foundation by anchoring walls to hard compact soil beyond the foundation, pulling the wall back to its original position. Shirley agreed with the proposal and scheduled the date of installation.  Once set our Foreman, Raul, and his team arrived at the scene they began by digging three small holes on the inside of the garage. Once dug, the production crew drilled a metal rod through the exterior of the problem wall to each designated hole. Attached at the end of the rod is a GeoLock Wall Anchor which could be tightened to further stabilize the wall. When the wall anchors have been installed the crew then backfilled the holes inside the garage and poured concrete over the holes to provide a more finishing look. Shirley was happy with the installation and is now worry-free that her foundation is in danger.
