The representatives at Stadheim Properties in Owatonna, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred by another contractor. The steel anchor rods were driven through the holes, extending all the way to the earth anchor holes where an anchor plate was securely attached. After fastening the earth anchor outside, the crew mounted the steel channel anchors to the foundation wall on the inside and secured the channel anchors to the floor for optimal bracing and failure protection. The Geo-Lock system stops the foundation walls from moving inwards and also provides the opportunity to straighten the walls over time.
