Brian, from Rogers, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice a failing wall on the basement level of his home. Brian was afraid that, if left unchecked, the failing foundation would compromise the structural integrity of the home, as well as affect the window sills of the basement, which could become costly further down the road. When he called us, we were able to set him up with our FREE estimate, so our Design Specialist, Jared, headed out to the property to do a thorough inspection of the issue and how we could help fix the issue. When he completed his walkthrough, he recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors. He explained to Brian that our GeoLock anchors are the ideal solution to permanently stabilize a foundation wall by anchoring the problem wall to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation. This system has the option to be tightened over time to further straighten foundation walls and pull them back into their original position. Brian agreed to the work and the project began shortly after.

Our Foreman, Hugo, and his crew ended up installing 5 of our GeoLock anchors on the Southern part of the wall. These anchors allow minimal disturbance to lawn and landscaping. Once the job was finished, Brian was satisfied to know that his failing wall worries were in the past!

Geoffrey said he no longer has any water in his basement and was very happy with the crew!

Merle M. in Watertown, MN had multiple cracked foundation walls in his basement. The walls were starting to bow inward, and he had noticed the walls gradually deteriorating over the years. He decided it was time to look into repairing his foundation, so he contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Our team installed 8 wall anchors by drilling small holes through the damaged foundation walls, inserting long metal rods and securing each end of the rods with wall anchors. The process took about two days, but now Merle's foundation is permanently repaired, and his peace of mind has been restored.
