Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the installation by digging holes outside of the home and putting a metal rod in each hole and installed our Wall Anchor System. Wall anchors extend out to the soil past the house, anchor themselves there, and strengthen the foundation wall, while also preventing any inward movement. To complete the installation, Juan and his production team filled the holes, replaced all the soil, and made sure the homeowner was happy!

The anchors are placed in the ground outside of the home and drilled into the basement walls. Then, the plates are screwed on and tightened. Once the plates are tightened, the walls straighten and stabilize.
