Our Design Specialist went to their home, carefully examined the issues, and drew out a solution for them and their home repair needs. Our Foreman and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs and collects water leakage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace prevents mold and humidity, and gives the basement a neat and clean appearance, while also keeping the basement warm. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which solves all three water problems in one unit, provides three layers of protection, and comes up with a battery back-up, in case of power failure. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. A homeowner in Austin, MN had an unevenly cracked driveway, and they wanted to get it repaired rather than replaced. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist went out to their home, inspected their driveway, and drew out a detailed solution that would benefit them and their home repair needs. Our Foreman and his production team began the project by drilling small, 3/8" holes throughout the driveway. In the holes, our team injected our PolyLevel, which is a polyurethane foam that fills the voids beneath the slab and raises the concrete. Our PolyLevel is non-destructible, it cures within 15 minutes, and it is adjustable to all sizes. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks throughout the driveway. Our NexusPro keeps moisture out of the cracks and it gives the concrete a fresh look. The homeowner was happy with the project and was beautified by the transformation!

Next, our team connected PVC piping from the suction point up through the second floor to the attic, where our team installed the Radon Mitigation System. From the system, our crew formed a hole in the ceiling of the attic, leading to the roof, where the radon was able to escape the home.
