Our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, went to their home, thoroughly inspected their problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs and budget. Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System which serves as an underground drain in connection with the sump pump, prevents water and mud clogs, and collects water leakage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. These panels provide an extra insulation protectant and comfort level for the home, they save money on energy costs, and they give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Edgar and his crew answered all of Bonny and Michael's questions, and made sure they were happy with the repairs!
