A homeowner in Norwood Young America, MN, was doing their laundry when their foundation wall was beginning to crumble. Uneasy about this discovery, the homeowners began searching for repair options. While researching, the homeowner came across our website. After seeing all the services we offer and great reviews, they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After finalizing the details, we sent one of our Design Specialist, Ryan, to survey the status of the wall. Following his survey, Ryan suggested that the homeowners install SmartJacks to permanently stabilize the home's floors. The homeowner agreed with Ryan's suggestions and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the SmartJack installation. Upon arrival, the crew began by making sure the entire area was clear before installation. The crew installed eight SmartJacks around the basement. Additionally, a supplemental beam was installed between two of the SmartJacks to provide further stabilization. After the SmartJacks were fully installed, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home. The homeowner was happy to know their floors were permanently stabilized. With water coming through a wall in her basement, Amanda reached out to our team for her FREE estimate. Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to the property. Following a thorough inspection, Shane gave his recommendations to Amanda, suggesting that she invest in our waterproofing services to address the issues. She agreed and set up a time for installation. Foreman Arturo and his crew arrived at the home and quickly got to work. Next, the team added a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. Our team also installed the UltraSump® Battery Backup System with the sump pump system to ensure lasting reliability. It's designed to keep your sump pump running efficiently and effectively. The UltraSump® system can pump out an excess of 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery, which is enough water to fill a small swimming pool! 

Ms. Thompson contacted to address concerns that her interior foundation was beginning to crumble and water would pour through the cracks in the basement walls when it rained. Jeremy was able to point out that her foundation was bowing significantly and without the proper stabilization, her foundation walls were eventually going to collapse. Jeremy crafted a solution with our GEOLOCK wall anchor and WaterGuard basement waterproofing systems.  Combined, these two patented solutions will prevent any further water damage and permanently stabilize and straighten the foundation walls of her Waseca, MN home.
