Troy F. in Inver Grove Heights, MN had a back porch with damaged and uneven concrete. He started to shop around for concrete repair specialists. Our Design Specialist, Kevin McWithey, went to his home to examine his concrete problem and provide him with a solution. Troy was glad to hear that we could repair his concrete porch within a matter of hours, so he decided to move forward with the installation.

One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the foam needed to be injected to effectively raise and level the porch. Then, he injected the foam until the slabs were a completely level surface. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Troy was amazed at the transformation and he is glad he will now be able to enjoy a beautiful concrete porch for many years to come.

James R. of Inver Grove Heights, MN had water leaking through the floor of his basement, making him nervous about his home repair needs. He went on Google, called our office line, and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Josh Schultz. Josh went to his home, examined his water problems, and came up with the solution of our waterproofing system called WaterGuard. James got all of his questions answered about the product and warranty, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose Flores, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act like an underground drain. Jose and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete, making the basement look neater than when they found it. 

Kathy F. of Inver Grove Heights wanted her crawl space encapsulated, so she requested a FREE Estimate with our company. Our Design Specialist, Dustin, went to Kathy's home, carefully inspected her crawl space, and determined a solution that worked for her and her needs. She was confident in Dustin's proposal of our CleanSpace Encapsulation System and our Foamax Wall Panels, so she signed the contract. 

Our Foreman, Jose, and his team began the project by installing our Foamax Wall Panels around the crawl space wall perimeter, which is a special foam insulation that makes the basement warmer, brightens the space, and drain wall leaks into the drainage system. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier throughout the floor of the crawl space. The purpose of this barrier is to keep the crawl space dry, protect the structure from wood rot and mold, and seal away smelly odors. Kathy was happy with the work and was grateful for the extra storage space!

Katie L. of Inver Grove Heights, MN had a bowing foundation wall, and she wanted to get it straightened out back to normal. She got in touch with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad. Chad inspected Katie's bowing wall and proposed our wall anchor system for the solution. Katie got all of her questions answered, so she moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon V., and his crew installed six of our wall anchors to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. The nice thing about this system is it can be tightened with a torque wrench over time by the homeowner to ensure it's sticking to its design. Katie said our crew did a very good job, the communication was great, and she was overall thrilled with the entire project. 

Robin A. of Inver Grove Heights, MN had a cracked and sinking sidewalk leading to her front door. She called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Jarrett. Jarrett went to Robin's home to inspect her concrete and determine a solution. Jarrett proposed our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of the most common concrete repair systems. Robin was comfortable with Jarrett's proposal and approach, so she went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel underneath each slab to fill the voids underneath the concrete and to stabilize the surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which is a sealant that prevents moisture from seeping underneath and gives the concrete a nice, polished, finishing look. Robin was happy with the work and loved the new view of her sidewalk.
