The PowerBraces halted further deterioration of the wall, and over time, can be tightened to make the wall straighter and more vertical. Denise H. in Saint Paul, MN was experiencing high humidity in her dirt crawl space and she noticed bugs were entering through that space because it was not encapsulated. Our production team removed the debris from her crawl space and leveled the dirt as best as they could. Then, they installed a SmartDrain and condensation pump. They laid our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the floor and FoamMax walls panels along to walls. Lastly, they sprayed the rim joists with our spray foam insulation and they installed a SaniDry dehumidifier. The combination of these waterproofing and encapsulation systems makes the crawl space a dry, energy-efficient, and healthier space.
