To prevent this issue from worsening, Greg recommended lifting and leveling the areas back to their original position. The homeowner agreed and worked with Greg to find the best installation date. Once the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew lifted the sunken areas with PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution. Once all the areas were lifted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The crew cleaned up their materials and left. Our Foreman and his production crew started the installation by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk to lift and level the concrete surface. This foam injection is designed to fill the open voids underneath the concrete that is caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which gives the concrete a neat, finished look and it prevents water from seeping underneath.

After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew injected NexusPro into the large crack in the sidewalk. Next, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SealantPro in the joints of the sidewalk.
