Wanting to solve the issue immediately, the homeowner began looking into alternative repair options. After looking through multiple concrete repair companies near them, the homeowner's eye was caught by our company. The homeowner saw that we offer FREE estimates, so they decided to sign up for theirs. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. After the plans were approved by the office, they were passed along to our assigned crew. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew arrived at the home and started the project. First, Charlie and his crew lifted the entire garage floor with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the garage floor was lifted, the crew would fill several cracks with the NexusPro Crack Repair. After the entire floor was repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. A homeowner from Clements, MN, was out at a rental property one day when he noticed one of the basement walls was bowing significantly. He didn't want to risk the safety of the home for his tenants, so he decided to find a foundation repair specialist in Minnesota. When he found our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Eric H, headed out to the home.
When Eric arrived, he was directed to the basement, and he began his inspection. When he completed, he met with the homeowner. He began by saying that foundation walls are designed to withstand loads from above, not the side. So when the pressure on the side of the wall exceeds what the wall can withstand, it's not uncommon to see cracking or bowing. Eric went on to say that while the issue sounds daunting, there is a simple fix. Eric recommended the installation of several of our C-Channel earth anchors. He explained that these anchors counteract the bowing wall by anchoring it to the hard-packed, undisturbed soil beyond the foundation, providing a permanent solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, or inward-moving foundation walls. The homeowner liked the sound of Eric's plan and scheduled the job on the spot.
When the project day rolled around, our Foreman, Jeremiah and his crew arrived bright and early at home. They wasted no time getting started, and after a long day, they had effortlessly installed 5 of our C-Channel anchors in the basement of the home. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his rental property's foundation has been stabilized!
A homeowner in Trimont, MN had cracked foundation walls in their basement so they called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate after browsing our website. We sent out our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a clear and comfortable inspection, the homeowner went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the installation by digging holes outside of the home and putting a metal rod in each hole and installed our Wall Anchor System. Wall anchors extend out to the soil past the house, anchor themselves there, and strengthen the foundation wall, while also preventing any inward movement. To complete the installation, Juan and his production team filled the holes, replaced all the soil, and made sure the homeowner was happy!
A homeowner in Trimont, MN, felt it was time to have their basement inspected due to the concerning cracks growing along their walls. Since the homeowner has done work with us in the past, they felt comfortable calling our Appointment Center and signing up for their FREE estimate. After the FREE estimate was set, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Edgar, to investigate the status of the wall. When Edgar arrived, he met with the homeowner and then took a look at the wall. Edgar determined that the wall was showing early signs of wall failure. To stop the failure from continuing, Edgar recommended they install GeoLocks to permanently stabilize. Knowing this was the best option, Edgar agreed and the solution was directed to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Juan, and his crew traveled to begin the stabilization process. Upon arrival, they made sure the basement was cleared and ready for production. Then, the crew began installing five GeoLocks along the south wall. The homeowner requested that the tightening kit also be included in the job, so they could gradually straighten the wall over time. When the crew finished the GeoLock installation, they cleaned up the site and left the home. The homeowners were pleased with the excellent work completed by the crew.
