A homeowner in Jamestown, ND, knew it was time to look into basement repair options closest to them. Unsure where to start, the homeowner decided to look at basement waterproofing companies around their area. At the top of the list stood us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our services. The homeowner was impressed with our award-winning products, so they signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, James, to the home to begin the detailed inspection. James arrived at the home and started his thorough investigation of the basement. During his inspection, James discovered the basement needed to be fully waterproofed and stabilized. James recommended a solution that would solve all the issues in the basement. The homeowner knew this was their best option, so they agreed with the plan. Once the crew approved the plan, it was passed along to our Foreman, Kinglsey, and his crew. Kinglsey and his crew traveled to the home and started the project by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Kingsley and his crew successfully installed all the products in the basement, so they cleaned up their material and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners with a secure, dry basement.
A homeowner in Grand Forks, ND, was investigating their basement following a heavy rainstorm. Unfortunately, the homeowner made a startling discovery, their basement was suffering significantly from water damage. The homeowners wanted to solve the issue as soon as they could, so they called the highly-rated waterproofing repair company in North Dakota, American Waterworks. Next, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Kole, to arrive. Kole introduced himself to the homeowner and began the inspection. Following the inspection, Kole told the homeowner the water was coming in from the North and West basement walls. To stop the water from sneaking in, Kole recommended waterproofing those walls. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Kole's recommendations. Next, the plans were approved by our office and then sent to our Foreman, Roel, and his crew. After they received the plans, Roel and his crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard along the north and west basement walls. Next, the crew tied the WaterGuard to the existing sump system. Then, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfished section of the basement. Once the CleanSpace was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks prides itself on providing its homeowners peace of mind knowing their basement is secure.
Marge, U. in Pipestone, MN heard about the services we offer from one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton. Marge called Eric because she was concerned about the water leaking into her basement. She had an old sump pump that was not able to keep up after heavy rains and snow melt. Eric met with Marge, evaluated the situation, and designed a unique solution for her home. Marge approved of the plan and moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying 104 feet of our Waterguard drainage system. Next, the crew installed our UltraSump sump pump and battery backup system and 2 feet of our Cleanspace vapor barrier along the walls. Any water seepage coming through the wall will be directed down into the drainage system, guided to the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Marge is happy with the project and her peace of mind has been restored, knowing her basement will remain dry!
Betty J. of Pipestone, MN had water leaking through her walls, making her worry about water moisture problems and other water issues. Our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation that prevents water from seeping through the basement wall and saves lots of money on energy costs. It also gives the basement a bright appearance and makes it a more welcoming environment. Betty was thrilled with the work that our team did and could not believe how much of a difference it made.

Patricia, a homeowner in Carrington, ND was experiencing water intrusion in her basement and searching for a way to solve the issue. She decided to claim her FREE inspection. Our Design Specialist, Kole, headed out to the property and completed his walkthrough; after making recommendations as to how American Waterworks could help, Patricia consulted with her son and decided to move forward with the project. Work began shortly after.
First, our Foreman and his crew added our WaterGuard system. This particular system is typically used in basements and is the premier choice for basement waterproofing. It is installed below the floor, but rests atop the foundation, keeping it out of the "mud zone", making it harder to clog. It works to trap water and sends it to an appropriate disposal site; our TripleSafe sump pump was used as an effective and economical sump solution. Next, the team installed Basement To Beautiful panels where the WaterGuard was installed. Even if you're not planning on finishing your basement, lacking proper insulation can still lead to cold floors and an inefficient home, and our Basement To Beautiful™ Basement Wall Panels are the superior choice for a dry, energy-efficient basement. Finally, they installed our CleanSpace solution instead to encapsulate the basement to prevent moisture and mold from affecting the rest of the foundation.
The team finished cleaning everything up, and Patricia was thrilled and impressed with the project from start to finish!
