First, Foreman, Jeromy and his production crew started the installation by completing a full-wall demo and then breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System along the East and South walls of the basement where issues were present. Our WaterGuard is a patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. It is our most commonly used drain system because of its resistance to water clogs, easy-to-access service ports, and ability to collect leaking water from basement walls. To complete the WaterGuard project, Jeromy and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our team also worked to provide the space a more finished, insulated, and durable feel by installing our ZenWall™ Insulated Panels. The ZenWall™ panels provide insulation, waterproofing, and a finished appearance for basement walls. This patented system is ideal for homeowners interested in a more comfortable, energy-efficient basement. Are you having water problems in your basement? Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs and collect water leakage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our FoamMax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter, which makes the walls look clean, provides comfort to the home, and reduces condensation for moisture protection.
