American Waterworks replaced the outdated wall with our BrightWall basement wall panel system.  The BrightWall panels will work great in conjunction with her previously installed basement waterproofing system to keep her basement dry and comfortable. You can see in the after photo that the wall panels are durable, easy to clean and definitely brighten up her basement.

Next, our crew cut out the brick foundation and installed our Egress Window, followed by the RockWell Window Well. This window and well combination is great because it offers a safe exit out of the home, while also providing the basement with fresh air, light, and it saves money on energy costs. To complete the project, our team backfilled the soil and put the rock landscaping where it was before. Our Logistics team built and scheduled the project for a few months later. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Lane, and his crew started by installing WaterGuard in the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. First, Gabriel and his team started by taking out the old window and replacing it with a new window and a Rockwell Egress Window Well. After the Rockwell Egress Window Well was secured, the crew shifted to installing a line of WaterGuard. Finally, the crew wrapped up by attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
