Our Design Specialist proposed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that prevents water and mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. The homeowners were confident in the proposal, so they followed through with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, covered the open gaps with river rock, and applied new concrete over them. Dianne and Lois of Ivanhoe, MN had water leaking and cracked foundation walls throughout their basement. They wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible so it didn't get any worse. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench, and diagonally down the middle, forming a feed line. In the perimeter trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System in connection with the feed line. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, Matt and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, and act as an extra wall protectant. Then, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is provided with three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. Lastly, our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. Our wall anchors are embedded in stable soil outside of the foundation wall and is connected by a long, medal rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps throughout the trench and feed line with rock and applied new concrete.

Wesley from Bottineau, ND got in contact with us when he began to notice his old sump pump was beginning to slow down. Our Egress Window is big enough to allow a safe exit out of the basement in case of an emergency and it allows for more natural light and fresh air. Our RockWell Window Well is a good alternative for ugly window wells and it can stand snow, rain, and other climate conditions. Beverly was excited about the work that was done!
