A homeowner in Larimore, ND, noticed the water was leaking near the stairs and where the walls meet. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. The details were finalized and one of our Design Specialists, Kole, was sent to perform the inspection. Kole arrived at the home and the homeowner directed him to the problem area. After Kole took a closer look, he noticed the water was coming from the corner of the basement. Kole told the homeowner where the water was coming from and suggested the corner be fully waterproofed. After some deliberation, the homeowner agreed with Kole's suggestion, and production preparations began. The plans were sent to the office and then to our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew. Franklin and his crew drove to the home to begin the waterproofing project. Once they arrived, they started by digging and placing the WaterGuard, our below-floor drain system. Once the WaterGuard was secured into place, the crew installed CleanSpace on the basement walls. Next, the crew dug and installed the new SuperSump+. The crew completed the installation and then cleaned up their materials. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was properly waterproofed. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is designed to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, our team covered the open waterway gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Eileen and Jerry were happy with the repairs and had a great experience!
