Sunken Concrete Repair in Austin, MN

In Austin, MN, a homeowner had grown concerned about the safety risks of the sunken slabs around their home. With their annual maintenance coming up with our team, the homeowner knew it was best to address the issue then.

During the scheduled appointment date, our Service Technician, Cody S., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the products we've installed to ensure they are working properly. He then worked closely with the homeowner, who expressed their concern over their walkway and driveway, as well as power outages during rainstorms. Taking this into consideration, Cody began by testing the sump pump, humidity levels and taking a close look at the basement. He noted the high humidity levels during his inspection. Then, he took a close look at the concrete slabs around the home, taking precise measurements to see how much they had sunken and determining which areas needed lifting. Cody recommended installing Aprilaire, our strong dehumidifier to control the humidity levels in the basement, UltraSump, our battery backup pump that will remove excess water during power outages, PolyLevel, our poly foam expanding solution designed to lift sunken slabs, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant to seal the joints. Happy with their experience with us, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.

In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., arrived at the home where they installed Aprilaire, UltraSump, and lifted and leveled the walkway and driveway. Now, our customer can have peace of mind!
