How to Fix a Sinking Driveway in Buffalo, MN

A homeowner in Buffalo, MN, found their sidewalk was quite uneven. Wanting to prevent the issue from worsening, the homeowner began looking into "how to fix a sinking driveway". After doing some research, the homeowner knew they needed a professional. The homeowner asked a neighbor if they had similar work done and who they worked with. Coincidentally the neighbor had a very similar issue and they recommended working with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Gary, one of our Design Specialists. Gary arrived, greeted the homeowner, and started investigating the concrete. Following his detailed investigation, Gary found that the driveway was sinking into the ground. To stop the sidewalk from sinking further, Gary recommended lifting the driveway back to level ground. The homeowner agreed with Gary's suggestions and production preparations began. After the office approved the plans, they were sent to Dylon and his crew. Dylon arrived at the home and started lifting the driveway with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The PolyLevel will immediately raise the sinking concrete slab. After the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the quick and efficient work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist another customer lift and leveling their driveway.

Sinking Concrete Gets Lifted in Dalbo, MN

A Dalbo, MN, homeowner was walking up his walkway one morning when he took a tumble over his front stoop. This was odd to the homeowner, as the slab was supposed to be flush with the walkway. Upon a deeper look, he noticed that his concrete walkway appeared to be sinking! It was pulling away from the front stoop, resulting in his trip. He hopped on the internet and searched for 'concrete leveling near me'. After finding our website, he signed up for his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Gary S, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.

Gary completed his inspection, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could address the issue using our PolyLevel injection. Gary explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts concrete back to its desired location. Gary went on to say that he wanted to protect the lift with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work and scheduled the job for some time later.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Sam K, led his team through a swift and effortless lift, level, and seal. Now, our customer can step in peace, knowing his uneven concrete has been tackled.
