A homeowner in Circle Pines, MN, noticed large puddles on their sidewalk after a heavy rainfall. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew they needed to look into concrete repair services near their area. The homeowner compared several companies, but one company jumped in front of the rest, American Waterworks. Next, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Dave, one of our Design Specialists. Dave arrived at the home and began his thorough investigation of the surrounding concrete. Following his evaluation, Dave determined that some of the sidewalk slabs were sinking into the ground. Dave recommended lifting the sidewalk slabs back to their original placement using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After some deliberation, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Dave's suggestions. Once they were approved by the homeowner, they were sent to our Logistics team to put the project together. Once they were finalized, the office assigned the plans to Dylon and his crew to travel to the home to begin. Dylon and his crew arrived at the home and started the project by lifting the sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was lifted back to its original position, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the concrete joints throughout the sidewalk using the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. After the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair the homeowners suffering from sidewalk concrete.

We used PolyLevel injection to raise the structure back to its correct position. Overtime, the soil beneath concrete cannot hold the weight of the concrete on top. It sinks leaving an uneven area of concrete. Our PolyLevel injection is installed through a dime-sized hole beneath the concrete. The material expands to fill the sunken space where the soil once was.
