Following his in-depth inspection, Kyle determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To prevent the sidewalk from sinking further, Kyle recommended that it be lifted and leveled. After deliberating their options, the homeowner decided to follow Kyle's recommendations and the project preparations began. Our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project by installing the PolyLevel underneath the sinking concrete. Once the PolyLevel was properly installed, the crew shifted their focus to filling the several cracks and joints in the concrete. To fill these, the crew utilized the NexusPro Crack Sealant. Once all the cracks and joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home. The homeowners were pleased with the excellent work done by the crew. First, the crew prepared the driveway for the PolyLevel installation. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew lifted the driveway apron and the sidewalk leading to the entrance of the home. After the areas were lifted, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
