This concrete patio slab has sunk nearly 3" over time, causing water to pool near the home's foundation and a 3 inch void between the concrete and landscaping block of the attached staircase. Our Team was able to raise the concrete patio slab over 4 inches with our trusted PolyLEVEL System to allow for proper drainage after it rains and raised the staircase enough to fill the initial void.
Joe D. of Garrison, MN had an uneven patio, leading to cracks near his screen door. He found our office number online and called to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ben Fort. Our Foreman, James Jacques, and his crew member started the project by screwing small holes into the concrete. In each hole, James injected our PolyLevel, which is a unique, expanding foam that fills the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro to the crack, which is a sealant that provides long-term flexibility and prevents any further cracking or bubbling. He got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams. Jesse went to his home, inspected his porch, and came up with a solution. Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel to raise the sidewalk to the meet the porch. Our PolyLevel is a special, expanding foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and to raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks. Not only does our NexusPro provide a clean and neat appearance, but it prevents moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete and it stands up to harsh weather conditions.

Karen's driveway was uneven and had significant cracks, and she wanted to fix the problem before it worsened. She called American Waterworks and claimed her FREE estimate for a thorough inspection. Our Design Specialist, Skylar, headed to the property to inspect the driveway and recommend solutions to prevent the concrete slab from worsening. Once completed, Skylar recommended Karen invest in our PolyLevel solution and finish with our NexusPro solution. She got all her questions answered and agreed with the solution, and the team came out to her home shortly after.
Led by Foreman Patrick, our poly crew then strategically drilled holes into the concrete slabs that had sinkage to inject the PolyLevel Solution. The PolyLevel solution is an expanding polyurethane foam injected underneath the concrete slabs to fill the voids underneath the slab caused by soil erosion. Once the polyurethane was injected, the crew finished the project by sealing the cracks and joints with our NexusPro solution. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant formulated for flexibility and longevity to survive harsh weather conditions, helping ensure that the concrete will stay raised.

Chris K. in Lucan, MN contacted American Waterworks because the sidewalk and walkway in front of his house had sunk several inches. It was creating a trip hazard, and Chris wanted a quick, and minimally invasive solution. He started doing some research online and was impressed with our PolyLevel concrete repair option. Our Design Specialist, Reed Hudson, met with Chris and proposed a plan to fix the problem areas.
Our production crew drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Chris was impressed with the installation, and is glad he chose American Waterworks to restore his concrete!
