Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Sharon M. of Round Lake, MN had sunken and cracked concrete on her front stoop and she wanted to get it repaired rather than replaced. She found American Waterworks and worked with our Design Specialist, Brain Ramirez. Brian wrote up a proposal for our PolyLevel and NexusPro, which are two of our main concrete products. Sharon was confident in the systems, so she followed through with the project. 

Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel beneath the concrete, which is designed to raise the concrete and stabilize the surface to its natural position. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the crack, which is made to prevent water moisture from seeping underneath the concrete. It also gives the concrete a nice, clean finish.

 A Heron Lake, MN, homeowner noticed that the concrete patio outside of his home was showing signs of sinking. Worried about what this could mean, the homeowner decided to begin the search for a MN concrete repair company. When he found our website, he signed up for our FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Tony B, headed out to the home to see what could be done. 

Once Tony completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner. Tony began by informing the homeowner that concrete can experience sinking for a variety of reasons, but nonetheless, American Waterworks could help. Tony wanted to use our PolyLevel injection to address the sinking concrete. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lift slabs back into place. The homeowner liked the sound of Tony's plan and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Jordan, and his team were able to complete the lift with no issues. Now our customer can enjoy his freshly restored concrete!

This concrete patio slab has sunk nearly 3" over time, causing water to pool near the home's foundation and a 3 inch void between the concrete and landscaping block of the attached staircase.  Our Team was able to raise the concrete patio slab over 4 inches with our trusted PolyLEVEL System to allow for proper drainage after it rains and raised the staircase enough to fill the initial void.

In each hole, James injected our PolyLevel, which is a unique, expanding foam that fills the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises the concrete surface. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro to the crack, which is a sealant that provides long-term flexibility and prevents any further cracking or bubbling. Joe was satisfied with the project and had a great experience! 

Dean S. of Paynesville, MN had an uneven and cracked front porch, causing him to worry about the appearance and value of his home. Not only does our NexusPro provide a clean and neat appearance, but it prevents moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete and it stands up to harsh weather conditions.
