Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Saint Cloud, MN, was concerned about his settling driveway as it was visually unappealing and decreased the home's resale value. He decided to look into concrete services in the area and came upon our website. Our Design Specialist, Kyle P., arrived at the home on the scheduled date and assessed the driveway. He explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a settling driveway is soil compaction and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity exceeds, in this case, the weight of vehicles parked and driven on them, it causes the soil to sink and settle. To fix this issue, Kyle recommended our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes and lifts concrete slabs, NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, and SealantPro, to protect the concrete. The homeowner happily agreed to Kyle's suggestion and his design was then sent to our Foremen Ryan T., Dylon V., and Sam K.

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Ryan T., and his crew arrived to apply the SealantPro. SealantPro is stain-resistant, protecting the concrete from liquids such as oil or gasoline. Dylon and his crew arrived in a couple of days to lift the concrete. This is done by drilling small holes into the concrete slab. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures that it is leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. In about two weeks, Sam and his crew arrived to seal the cracks and joints with NexusPro.

Jeff D. of Sauk Rapids, MN had concrete that was sinking and cracking, causing him to worry about the value of his home. He found American Waterworks on HomeAdvisor, so he requested a FREE estimate. Our Foremen, Jake and Dylon, applied our SealantPro over the concrete surface, which is a special spray-protection that prevents any damage from dirt, water, or other earth contaminants. Next, our PolyLevel was injected, which is a unique foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete that are caused by soil erosion and stabilizes the concrete so it's level. Lastly, our crew applied our NexusPro over the concrete cracks, which prevents water from seeping underneath the concrete and it gives the concrete a very clean, neat finishing touch. A homeowner in Foley, MN did not like the appearance of the large rack on the corner of their sidewalk. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner wanted to find a repair option. Not knowing where to begin, the homeowner began searching for 'concrete repair services near them'. One of the first companies to stick out to them was us, American Waterworks. Once the appointment was made, the homeowner waited for the arrival of Jesse, one of our Design Specialists. Jesse arrived at the home to begin the inspection and found that the concrete was sinking due to settlement. Once he found the cause, Jesse recommended that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled. Knowing this would be a cost-effective solution, the homeowner agreed with Jesse's recommendations. After receiving the stamp of approval, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. Once they arrived, Dylon and the crew began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the sinking concrete. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew could shift their focus to filling the large crack and replacing the joints throughout. To fill the crack and replace the joints, the crew used the NexusPro Joint Selant, a silicone-based sealant. After all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.  A Heron Lake, MN, homeowner noticed that the concrete patio outside of his home was showing signs of sinking.
