A homeowner in Clear Lake, MN, decided to take a look at their crawl space and noticed it was in rough shape. Instead of ignoring the issue, the homeowner wanted to take action and have it repaired. Through the grapevine, the homeowner heard that American Waterworks is known for their excellent work. Curious, the homeowner visited our website and noticed we do have crawl space services. The crew installed eighteen PowerBraces around the entire crawl space perimeter. Once the PowerBraces were installed, the crew laid the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl floor to cover the Drainage Matting. Foamax is installed on the crawl space walls to ensure the crawl space stays insulated. Finally, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump in place in the corner of the crawl space. The homeowner was amazed by the crawl space transformation.
