Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in New Germany, MN, sought to have their crawl space encapsulation. Knowing many companies offer crawl space encapsulation as a service, they wanted to find the company that was best fit for their situation. After comparing a variety of companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner visited our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was sent, we sent one of our Design Specialists to investigate the homeowner's issue. After the Design Specialist arrived, they determined that the CleanSpace Drainage Matting would need to be installed in the crawl space. Wanting to solve the issue, the homeowners agreed to the Design Specialists' proposition. The solution was sent to the assigned crew and they traveled to the home. Our Foreman, Arturo, and his crew started by preparing the crawl space for the installation. Once the crawl space was ready, the crew went ahead and installed the CleanSpace Draining Matting on the floor. After the CleanSpace Draining Matting was installed, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space walls. The crew completed the crawl space encapsulation and cleaned their job site. Allen in Madelia, MN had pests entering is home through his dirt crawl space. He also was noticing his floor sagging and high levels of humidity coming from that space. Our production crew removed the debris from his crawl space and then installed the SmartJacks to support the floor beams and keep the floor above sturdy. Then, they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system on the dirt floor and the sides of the crawl space. This helps to keep pests and moisture out, which reduces humidity. Lastly, they sprayed our spray foam insulation in the rim joists of the crawl space to completely seal off the space and prevent any pests or water from entering. Allen was pleased with the result and is glad he can enjoy a stable, healthier crawl space for years to come!

Paul and Lisa S. of Annandale, MN had dirty, musty and moldy crawl space that needed to be inspected. They called American Waterworks to schedule a FREE Estimate, so we sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. After an in-depth inspection, Paul and Lisa were confident with the proposal, so they got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production team began the crawl space waterproofing project by removing anything that was in the way. They installed 775 feet of our TerraBlock, which serves as a puncture-resistant insulation and provides the ultimate moisture protection. Next, Cory and his team applied 425 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier on top of the TerraBlock, which prevents mold and humidity, and it gives the space a clean and bright appearance. Paul and Lisa were both glad we were able to restore their peace of mind! 

A homeowner in Clear Lake, MN, decided to take a look at their crawl space and noticed it was in rough shape. Instead of ignoring the issue, the homeowner wanted to take action and have it repaired. Our Foreman Raul, and his crew traveled to the home and started by making sure the crawl space was ready for the PowerBrace installation. The crew installed eighteen PowerBraces around the entire crawl space perimeter. Once the PowerBraces were installed, the crew laid the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl floor to cover the Drainage Matting. Foamax is installed on the crawl space walls to ensure the crawl space stays insulated. Finally, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump in place in the corner of the crawl space. The homeowner was amazed by the crawl space transformation.
