A homeowner in North Branch, MN, noticed a musty smell around their home. Unsure of the source, the homeowner wanted to have a professional company come out to the home to investigate. Unsure of what company to move forward with,  the homeowner began doing research. After comparing various other companies, the homeowner came across American Waterworks. Once the plans were approved, a crew was assigned and production began. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing one Helical Pier on the north wall. Next, the crew removed all the debris from the dirt floor. Once the debris was cleared the crew placed the drainage matting on the crawl space floor. Then, CleanSpace was installed across the floor and up the crawl space walls. Additionally, Foamax was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space. Finally, Sprayfoam was injected around the fuller perimeter of the crawl space joist pockets. The homeowners were impressed by the work completed by the crew.
