Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew strategically placed seventeen Geo-Lock wall anchors along the three bowing walls. The anchors are placed in the ground outside of the home and drilled into the basement walls. Then, the plates are screwed on and tightened. Once the plates are tightened, the walls straighten and stabilize. Knowing this would stop the wall from further failing, the homeowner agreed with Dylan's suggestions. Once they received the okay, the plans were directed to Arturo and his crew. Arturo and his crew arrived to begin the GeoLock installation. The crew installed four GeoLocks on the north wall and six on the east wall. Once all the GeoLocks were installed, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home. The homeowners were relieved to know their wall was no longer at risk of failure.
