Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Creamery-Feed Mill, Springfield Coop in Springfield, MN had failing foundation walls that needed to be stabilized. After seeing American Waterworks at their local home show, their management scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke. Jeremy went to their company to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough examination, they were confident in Jeremy's proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production team installed eight of our PowerBraces to repair the failing walls. Our PowerBraces are designed to straighten walls and can be tightened by the homeowner overtime to make sure the walls are staying straight. They also provide dark rooms with a neat, clean appearance. Management was thrilled with the work and had a great experience from start to finish! 

John, from Morgan, MN, gave us a call when he began to have concerns about bowing wood on his basement ceiling affecting other areas of his home. John cashed in on his FREE estimate and our Design Specialist, Ryan, went out to the property to do a thorough inspection of the issue. In the end, he agreed with John that the foundation of the basement was causing issues. A homeowner in Jeffers, MN had a cracked foundation wall in their staircase so they did some research on our website. They called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan inspected their problem and came up with a solution. The homeowner got all of their questions answered so they followed through with the project.

Jessie L. in Litchfield, MN had a couple of damaged foundation walls in her basement that were bowing inward. She contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, to her home to inspect her situation and design a solution. Jeremy assured her that we would be able to stabilize her walls by installing wall anchors. She was pleased to hear this, so she scheduled the installation.

Our production team installed 14 wall anchors through the damaged walls in the basement. We drilled small holes through the walls and in to the soil. Then, we dug corresponding holes in the yard and inserted long metal rods. Lastly, we secured the rods by installing anchors on each end. Jessie's walls are now permanently stabilized, and she is glad she chose to invest in the protection of her most important asset.

Tom and Cindy S. in Hector, MN had a bowed foundation wall in their basement that needed to be looked at. We sent out our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, for a Free Estimate to figure out what the best solution would be. Shane had to take off the wood wall panels to see what the wall looked like, and he determined that wall anchors were the best way to fix the repairs. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the installation by digging 5 small holes outside of the house parallel to the bowed wall and inserted long, metal rods through the foundation and into the soil. Then, they screwed on and tightened anchor plates on each side enabling the wall to straighten out. Our anchor system is made with a 25-year warranty and is corrosion-resistant. After the installation, Tom and Cindy were happy with the work that was done and love their new wall!
