Our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside of the foundation to each hole outside of the home, and installed an anchor plate to the end of the rod in the soil, which holds and secures it in place. Next, our team installed a GeoLock Channel Anchor to the end of each rod against the inside of the foundation wall. Our GeoLock Channel Anchors are made to stabilize walls that are bowing, tipping, pushing in at the bottom, or tilting at the top. To complete the project, our team backfilled the holes, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard was neater than when they found it.
