Chris P.'s finished basement walls were wet, damaged and moldy due to water failure and moisture problems. He called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. After a thorough diagnosis, Chris was comfortable with Dylan's proposal so he set up an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team installed 156 feet of our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain and collects basement wall leaks. Next, our team installed 110 feet of our 32" tall EverLast Half-Wall Restoration, which is an inorganic, mold-resistant wall product that replaces the bottom 32 inches of a home's drywall and will protect any basement from flooding. A homeowner in Grafton, IA, knew it was time to have their sump pump replaced. Knowing they could not do this themselves, the homeowner began looking into companies that offer sump pumps. The homeowner wasn't sure who to work with so they asked their friends for any recommendations. Several of their friends recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our services and previous projects. Impressed with our work, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Ryan. Ryan traveled to the home and began his detailed inspection of the basement. During his inspection, Ryan confirmed the sump pump needed to be replaced. Additionally, he recommended other waterproofing products be installed in the basement. The homeowner knew this was their best option, so they agreed with Ryan's recommendations. Next, Ryan sent the proposal to our Logistics team to build the project. Once the project was built, it was assigned to our Foreman, Raul, and his crew. Raul and his crew traveled to the home and started the waterproofing installation. First, the crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted their focus to taking out the old sump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. After the TripleSafe was installed, the crew installed a feedline across the basement to connect it to the new sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. Duane H. had a concrete driveway that was settling below his garage floor. This made the surface uneven and it had become a trip hazard. He was tired of dealing with this concrete problem, so he contacted American Waterworks to receive a free estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists to his home to provide him with an onsite inspection and a solution. Duane was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair solution is more affordable, efficient and durable than traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the installation. 

One of our concrete repair experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam, called PolyLevel, to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, he filled back the holes with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now Duane and his family can enjoy safe and beautiful concrete for years to come!

A homeowner in Brownsdale, MN, was concerned when they discovered water filling near their outside foundation. Instead of letting the problem worsen, the homeowner knew they needed a professional's opinion. Since Rochester, MN, was not very far, the homeowner knew they needed to start there. Brad discovered that most of the home's concrete needed to be lifted, but the walkway to the garage in particular. After considering all their options, the homeowner decided to go ahead and raise the sunken concrete near the garage. Brad directed the plans to our logistics team for approval. Once approved, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Domanik, and his crew. Domanik and his crew began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. PolyLevel is our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the PolyLevel installation was complete, the crew shifted their focus to replacing several joints throughout the sidewalk with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The crew successfully installed all the products, cleaned the lawn, and left the home. The homeowner was thankful to know water would no longer puddle near their foundation. Our production team started the waterproofing process by removing the concrete around the perimeter of her basement floor and installing our WaterGuard drainage system. The WaterGuard connects to the TripleSafe sump pump that they installed in the corner of the basement. The water that was leaking into her basement before is now guided through the drainage system, into the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Colleen's basement has remained a dry, livable space and her peace of mind has been restored!
