A homeowner in Scandia, MN, found that there was a large gap between their garage and apron. Since they did not want the issue to worsen, the homeowner began looking for concrete repair alternatives. The homeowner knew this would be their best option, so they went along with the Design Specialist's recommendation. The plans were then sent to our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew. When they arrived at the property, the crew began by making sure the concrete was ready for the PolyLevel. The crew then inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and front slabs of the garage. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew was able to clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was glad their driveway and garage were even again. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to his home to inspect his basement and to develop a solution for him. Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system on the basement floor. They also installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace wall system around the entire basement. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, which then pumps the water through the discharge line to the outside of the home. The CleanSpace wall system is a vapor barrier that protects the basement from any moisture seeping in and the potential of mold growth. The combination of these waterproofing products has made Craig’s basement a dry, clean and brighter space. In times of normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful Zoeller 1/3 horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. A homeowner from Mendota, MN contacted us because she was concerned about potentially having high radon levels. We scheduled an onsite inspection with one of our Design Specialists, Dustin Loftus, who tested her home and designed the plan for a mitigation system if one was needed. 

Her results came back at 6.8 pCi/L and the recommended action level is 4 pCi/l. She decided to move forward with the mitigation system to protect her and her loved one's health.
