Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A couple from Brainerd, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice cold floors on their main level, as well as higher than normal energy bills. They suspected their crawl space beneath the home to be the culprit but wanted to get a second opinion. Next, our team installed our SmartDrain Drain System, which is a crawl space drain that includes a bottomless liner and an airtight lid. If a plumbing failure occurs, our SmartDrain will drain the water beneath the vapor barrier, preventing it from collecting in the crawl space. Lastly, our team applied spray foam around the floor cracks, which provides a dry and warm crawl space, while also reducing energy costs.
