Deb and her family built an addition onto their cabin in Osage, MN. However, the older part of the cabin where the bedrooms are had sagging floors and she knew they needed additional support in to be safe. Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Kole, headed to the property and began a thorough home inspection to properly diagnose the space and propose a proper solution. Kole found by examining the crawlspace underneath the floors that they were improperly supported, so he proposed that Deb and her family invest in our SmartJack solution. Our Foreman and his crew headed out to the property and got to work. Finally, our team added an Aprilaire dehumidifier, which creates healthy air and can reduce the number of viable viruses in the air to less than 1% in two days' time when set to 50% relative humidity.
