A homeowner in Darwin, MN, knew it was time to peek at the crawl space underneath their home. Once they saw the status of their crawl space, they knew they needed a professional to check for any possible damage. After they received the stamp approval from the homeowner and the office, they were passed along to our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew. Kiko and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew started by removing all the debris from the crawl space. Once the space was cleared, the crew shifted their focus to laying the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace in the crawl space floors and walls. Additionally, the crew was asked to wrap the piers in the crawl space. Finally, the crew installed the Everlast crawl space door cover for the crawl space. Once all the products were installed, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. A customer from Worthington, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice unwanted water entering their crawl space beneath their home. Our customer was afraid that if the issue was left unresolved, he would run the risk of mold and mildew forming, which could impact the structural integrity of the home. When he called in, he used his FREE estimate to have our Design Specialist, Dylan W., out to his property to assess the situation. Once Dylan had completed his walkthrough, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help. He recommended the use of our crawl space vapor barrier to encapsulate the space.
